Microscopy Techniques
Most of us at AppFive started out as microscopists. After all these years, we still love it, and we love helping other people do it more effectively. We’ve done hands-on work in many techniques over those years, so if it’s been done, chances are that at least one of us has done it.
Our body of microscopy techniques includes:
- High resolution TEM and STEM imaging
- SEM imaging
- Quantitative EELS and EDX analysis
- EELS and EDX spectrum imaging
- Electron diffraction: micro/nanodiffraction, CBED, selected area diffraction
