Spectroscopy
AppFive engineers have spent many years dealing with spectrometers and with spectra. As microscopists, they understand the practical details of acquiring spectra, and as scientists, they know all of the subtleties of processing and analyzing spectra.
Over the years, here is some of what we’ve done in the world of spectroscopy:
- Spectrum acquisition: EDS, serial and parallel EELS, in-column and post-column imaging filters, Auger, cathodoluminescence (CL), SIMS
- Spectrum correction: bias/gain correction/measurement
