NanoMEGAS is a Belgium-based company that was formed in 2004 by a team of scientists and experts in the field of electron crystallography and catalysis. NanoMEGAS has developed commercial products based on Precession Electron Diffraction (PED) that enable new applications or experiments on most (old or new) 100kv to 400kV TEMs such as:
- Ab initio structure determination
- Crystalline phase and orientation mapping (EBSD for TEM)
- Automatic phase identification for nanocrystals
